As I noted in my previous review… Outstanding, great guest house. It was all very good.

The spot near Farnborough exhibition centre is fantastic; it only takes about 7‑8 minutes to walk there. I really enjoyed breakfast both mornings. The host is friendly and helpful, making me feel valued. On arrival the room was too warm for my liking and I couldn’t adjust the thermostat, but a quick message had the heating turned off instantly. Only minor issues that don’t break the experience: the room could use a refresh with brighter lighting and a larger desk for business stays, the furniture feels a bit dated, the showerhead limits water flow so showers take longer, and the towels are small for a taller, bigger person. None of this would stop me from staying again when I’m in the area.

The location is great, and Julie was extremely helpful—she explained the check‑in process clearly and made everything feel effortless. Her politeness and willingness to go above and beyond were impressive.
