“Did not get what we paid for”

My husband asked for salt and pepper because we kept our breakfast in the room, but the staff replied they couldn’t provide them because they were only available in the restaurant; a hotel should be hospitable to guests.

“Shared Ablutions tick!”

I chose the shared toilet/shower facilities and found both the room and the shared ablutions to be very well maintained, unlike my previous stay in an en suite room which wasn’t so good; nothing else to say.

Very nice room. Fast WiFi. Breakfast was excellent. Evening meal was average but reasonably priced
