How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Good location, decent facilities, comfortable. The host was very friendly and quick to respond. The person serving breakfast was also very kind. The pillow was uncomfortable and the breakfast was somewhat basic but acceptable. I think they could improve by offering more variety of items.

Excellent spot right near everything, spotless and the host was extremely helpful, supplying an online guide to all attractions! Communication for check‑in was smooth.

Right in the heart of the old town and the archaeological district. The host was wonderful and everything was self‑service, which was great. The room was nice with a lovely balcony. I would strongly recommend this place.

Giovanni was an outstanding host, reaching out early on the day of arrival. He helped us secure a nearby parking space and the check‑in was seamless. He provided plenty of information about the surrounding area. The location is superb, with many great cafés and restaurants nearby. Ortigia was a particular highlight and is only a 15‑minute walk from the apartment. We’ll book this again on our next trip to Sicily.

The hosts were proactive and very friendly, and the check‑in went smoothly with clean rooms. However, the rooms were very noisy, the breakfast was sparse, the bed was uncomfortable, and overall the rooms felt purely functional.
