“Dalış ve doğa turizmi için ideal”
The room was very comfortable, and everything on the ground floor was well planned. The island was beautiful, but you have to rent a car to get around. Traffic was very easy. Both the hotel and the room were spotless. The breakfast was varied, but it felt like a Japanese breakfast; it might be strange for foreigners, but I enjoyed it. The island is very calm and surrounded by greenery. They don’t speak English at all, but they are very helpful and do instant phone translations. Fishing is common; people fish on the shore where they cast their lines. Diving tourism is widespread, and you can dive from every shore of the island. There are nice onsens (thermal pools). Three flights a day depart from Tokyo, and you arrive in an hour. For dinner, you must book reservations at good restaurants, especially RyozanPaku. Many people come on weekends for nature hikes. The reception closed at 21:00, which is a general rule on the island; after 21:00 everything shuts down, so you can’t find a market or restaurant.
