“Avoid, it's a scam. Not as advertised.”
The location suited our needs, but the room description was wildly inaccurate. I had confirmed a double bed and a sofa bed for two adult males, yet the room only had a double bed that clearly had been slept in and not changed, and the sofa bed was actually a chaise lounge that wouldn’t fit a large child. The bedding provided for it looked used and unwashed. When I raised the issue, the staff apologized and left us. The room felt like someone’s personal space still left in it, complete with their belongings. The bathroom had a bin containing an old toothbrush, cleaning supplies, and a reusable dirty coffee cup on the radiator. When I tried to speak to the staff, they were nowhere to be seen, so I couldn’t discuss the problems. We left within 20 minutes and requested a refund, which was denied. I would definitely avoid this place.
