Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience, with some redeeming qualities and a major issue that needs to be addressed. The hotel's proximity to the Convention Centre was a significant advantage, and the staff's helpfulness was truly appreciated. However, the payment issue on arrival was a significant inconvenience that left a sour taste.
