A horrible, dated hotel. My Indigo flight was cancelled, so I arrived a day late. The hotel showed no sympathy under the circumstances, and I didn’t sleep in the bed. The bathroom was awful: a bucket bath flooded the entire room, there was no hot water, and I had to turn off the geyser. The windows were dated and dirty.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's value for money, considering its proximity to the airport and Juhu Beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay all the more enjoyable. However, there were a few hiccups - the parking area was a bit cramped, but the hotel staff were kind enough to park my car in an open lot nearby. Unfortunately, they didn't quite live up to their promise of bringing my car back to the hotel at night, despite me reminding them twice.

This hotel has its good and bad points, but the staff really made my stay. They were super friendly and helpful, always willing to lend a hand. The environment was also really nice, with a lovely atmosphere and comfortable common areas. On the downside, the rooms can be a bit noisy at times, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, I'd definitely stay here again.
