“Erholsam und sehr zufrienstellend!”
A wonderfully warm welcome in a charming setting, and the breakfast buffet was superb – definitely a place to return! The only downside was the very limited dining options nearby.

The reception was very personal in an impressive building. The calmness and atmosphere of the grounds offered a relaxing experience. It was an ideal starting point for hikes in the beautiful South Harz. The only downside was that I couldn’t stay longer.

Die Lage der Jagdschloss Hotel Residenz ist außergewöhnlich schön neben der Klosteranlage. Die Zimmer sind außergewöhnlich groß. Der Eingangsbereich und Gemeischaftsbereich sind fast original wie vor 250 Jahren erbaut. Dezente moderen Zusaetze unterstreichen den antiken Charme. Die Zimmer selbst sind mordern und hell. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum entspannen mit Teich, Garten und verschiedensten Sitzgelegenheiten oder als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge. Die Hausdame ist ausgesproche freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen, dies auf eine sehr angenehme unauffaellige Art. Sie gab auch einen kurzen Abriss zur Geschichte des Hauses und seinen Besonderheiten vom Bau bis zu den Einrichtungsgegenstaenden. Es war ein fast perfekter Urlaub. Bei meiner Buchung war noch All inklusive angezeigt, was es aber im Hotel nicht gibt. Dies ist lt Info vom Hotel bei Booking com noch nicht angepasst worden, sorgte aber kurzzeitig bei mir zu Irritation, da es mehrerer ausgesprochen gute Gaststaetten in de Naehe gibt war dies aber kein Problem
