The hotel is good, the staff is friendly and attentive, the cleaning is solid, the services are decent, and the building looks nice as it’s being renovated; however, the bed felt a bit uncomfortable, and honestly, I didn’t like the area at all—though it’s only 5 minutes from the zócalo and the hotel itself is pretty, the street is ugly, there are street vendors around, and at night it’s very lonely and dreary. I still recommend it because it’s a great spot to save money and stay in a nice place, and the breakfast is also excellent, tasty, and varied, just the area isn’t to my taste.

The hotel is beautiful, well situated, completely renovated, and the service was excellent, with a superb breakfast. The only drawback was that the bathroom could have been a bit more ventilated, though this is minor compared with all the hotel’s advantages.

The location is a problem because there are many stalls on the street, making it impossible to walk or park.
