The service was great and the location convenient, and breakfast was also excellent, but after booking I paid the same rate for three rooms and was told on arrival that one of them was a lower category; the cleaning of that room was only mediocre—not dirty, but could have been better.

I skipped breakfast because it is served only at 7 am; most hotels start at 6 am or 6:30 am, and I had to leave at 6:40 am for a 7 am appointment, so I couldn’t use it; the location is decent, but the bathroom has a glass window with a plastic curtain that doesn’t fully cover the glass and a bad odor in the room.
