The breakfast was good, but the noise from guests outside the hotel was annoying.
“Cidade maravilhosa”
The hotel’s location is great, but communication between guests and hotel staff could be better.
The room was cozy.
“Piscina fecha às 18h”
The staff were especially friendly, yet the pool closes at 18:00 and there is no covered area, forcing people to either sunbathe or be unable to use it; many guests complained that the pool can only be used during working hours.
“Boa opção”
The room was comfortable, but the prices and changes to the reservation were problematic.
