The room was spacious and spotless, and the staff—especially Manager Vish—were very helpful, even sourcing an ankle strap when a guest sprained her ankle while walking down St Mark's Road. The hotel runs smoothly and sits in a convenient spot close to restaurants and Cubbon Park, though the room feels a bit pricey for what it offers.

The place was very peaceful, with a few terraces to sit on and a lovely garden featuring a lotus‑lily pond full of koi. The only downside was that the mats could use a wash more often.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, to say the least. Our experience was marred by a billing issue that felt like a scam - we had initially booked one unit for five guests, but when we updated the booking to three guests, we were unexpectedly charged for three separate units. The hotel's location was inconvenient, the cleanliness standards were lacking, and the service was unprofessional and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend wasting your money on this hotel.
