“Do not check in here. Negligent person in charge”

Nothing because I haven't even got the room. I was able to book the room a month before my stay. The full amount was taken from my credit card. Then the day of check in came, I informed them that I will be a little late. Then suddenly they said they no longer have the room. Then I was getting lost in finding the place but they are not answering. It just so happen that another agent booked me a room. Then the person in charge went to my room and said they will refund me my payment but it will take 1 week. Do not check in here. The person in charge will blame it but it is more of negligence in their end
