I had an exceptional experience at this hotel, thanks to the outstanding service from start to finish. Our butler, Sabha, and dive instructor, Fathi, were truly exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They were warm, kind, and professional, always with a genuine smile. Their dedication to providing top-notch service was truly impressive, and I would like to extend my gratitude to them for making our stay so special.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel, mainly due to the numerous issues with the villa and services. The overwater villa had a poor view, with concrete pebbles and wires visible below, whereas the villas near the shore had a better view and clear water underneath. Unfortunately, the villa's bathtub was leaking, and the upstairs handheld shower didn't work.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel, which offered a perfect blend of seclusion and excellent food. The villa was nice and provided good privacy, and the food was truly awesome. I was blown away by the quality of the cuisine, and it was clear that the chefs put a lot of effort into creating delicious dishes. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

I was shocked and disappointed by the state of this hotel, which fell far short of my expectations. The staff were friendly and nice, but the hotel itself was in disrepair. I was appalled to find a ladder and waste under the sea, which made it seem like a construction site rather than a beautiful ocean. The wooden building was dilapidated and felt flimsy, and the air conditioning was weak. To make matters worse, the doors would slam shut at night, creating a disturbance.
