“A well situated base for a stay in Santiago”
The location is good, the room is nice, breakfast is decent. The lounge above the 7th floor room was noisy.

The location is spectacular, close to metro stations and several restaurants, even a medium‑sized market. Almost directly in front of Cerro Santa Lúcia, the city’s zero point. It’s also next to the Lastaria neighborhood, with even more restaurant options. The room’s balcony was an extra charm; sipping wine with cold cuts was an immersive experience. The shower had a mechanism to choose whether the water comes from above or the “little shower”, which was quite troublesome. The room lighting was weak and insufficient.

The stay was very good, the bed was extremely comfortable, especially for a couple. On the first day we arrived, the bathroom was dirty, but when we reported it to reception, they cleaned it promptly.
