The location is close to the city center, and the room was spacious; the surroundings have prostitution, though it doesn’t feel dangerous, apparently because of a neighboring hotel of Americans; we had an issue with the lady who first attended us over a currency exchange, but the rest of the staff were very good.

The place is well located, though near a complex surrounded by gambling and prostitution; we used the free parking that day; the lady at reception tried to make an abusive currency exchange (colones to dollars), which was very unpleasant, but the rest of the staff were fine.

The location is close to the bus terminal for the Caribbean; there is a lot of noise and breakfast is very small.

It is in a very noisy environment. All the light is very white and not warm or pleasant.

The reception staff were very friendly. They helped with questions and gave recommendations. The bathroom is a bit old and dirty. The drain is open and the bathroom in general was full of flies that never left. Also, there is a lot of noise from the street, so it was difficult to sleep.
