“Toller Spot mitten in Plettenberg Bay”
We chose the Eleven because we liked the concept: it’s on Main Street, with a café, bar, and right in the middle of town, which gives the Eleven its charm. The rooms are beautiful and the concept is simple. Breakfast could be taken at the café bar—one coffee and a croissant per person—either on the bar stools outside or in the small café/bar, and you could also sit for a drink, wine, or cocktail during the day or evening, or grab a light bite. All staff are very warm! The car can be parked comfortably in the courtyard, so you don’t have to look for a spot and your car is safe. Plettenberg Bay appealed to us a lot; it’s one of our favorite spots along the Garden Route. You can easily walk to Lookout Beach and the nearby Main Street Market. The nice shops on Main Street invite you to stroll. We were from the Robberg Nature Reserve, and we highly recommend it! We hiked the middle trail, and the views were spectacular. We also visited Tsitsikamma National Park. If I had to choose between the two, I would prefer the Robberg Nature Reserve. The Eleven is absolutely recommended and would be our choice again.
