The terrace views and central location in Ella were great. The ramp and stairs to the room can be a bit tough.

It’s close enough to walk into town but far enough to stay quiet. Breakfast was really good, and they arranged tuk‑tuks for us. The room offered lovely views too. Not a real downside, but worth noting: payment wasn’t clear. They seemed to expect cash, which wasn’t mentioned until I asked; it got sorted quickly.
The Ruby Room offered stunning vistas, and the room was spotless with everything functioning flawlessly; the staff were genuinely friendly. Breakfast was a highlight, and I’d gladly return for another sunny stay!
