How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The villa we stayed in was in a Javanese style, very large: truly spacious, with a very comfortable bed in the center. The private pool isn’t huge but is enough for a refreshing swim. The staff were very friendly, especially Gusindra: professional and always kind, a great person! The location is tucked away at the back and set back from the main road, very quiet. The property also has a large common pool. Everything was perfect. Nothing to report.

The only thing I could say was that the central location was good, but as soon as they showed us the rooms we left to look for another hotel; the two rooms for my family were swarming with insects, the bathrooms were in terrible condition, and the photos did not match what we found.

The central location lets you walk around Ubud, but the building feels outdated and the bathroom is barely decent, full of insects.

The place was huge, with the Royal Palace, Ridge Walk, restaurants and a convenience store all within walking distance, making the location superb; however, because it was so large, cleaning didn’t reach every corner and the lack of a shower curtain left the bathroom floor soaking.

The staff was great and I felt isolated and quiet even though I was in the centre of Ubud. We had to pass through a construction site to get into the house.
