The experience was terrible and completely disappointing. We arrived around 10 pm after a 10‑hour trip, exhausted and in a very delicate situation because we were in town for a family funeral. At reception we were treated with a lot of rudeness. When we reached our room we found no blanket; my husband went down to ask for one and was told they couldn’t provide it because the place where the blankets were kept was locked. As a result, we spent the night cold while it rained. At breakfast there was no French bread or cheese bread at all. When we asked, we received a dry answer that the supplier hadn’t delivered. We understand that unforeseen events happen, but the lack of a blanket and basic breakfast items, combined with terrible service, are unacceptable for a hotel. Unfortunately, our experience was very bad and we do not recommend staying here.

The room is sensational, the size is excellent, and it even has a sink and a microwave. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like!

The price‑quality ratio is good for a hotel near Rio’s airport, with a comfortable shower and bed, and we were able to check in earlier than expected. However, apart from one man at the front desk, no staff were friendly, the breakfast was disgusting, and when my friend politely asked for refills on the empty plates, the request was ignored; we also couldn’t use the facilities when we arrived earlier than planned.
