“Staff party house and not a relaxing place to rest and recharge”
Sadly, not much. Really sad, but the experience just wasn’t a positive one. The room had many flaws: brown water in the bathroom, poor lighting in the bathroom, the sheets and towels were washed but had so many stains on them, they should have been reused for cleaning cloths rather than for guests linen, the bed mattress wasn’t comfortable, complimentary laundry came back ruined, one white top was returned in a non‑wearable condition, food left overnight in the fridge was thrown in a bin, so when we asked the staff for details no apology or care were shown which made the experience worse and made it obvious that no issues will ever be solved or addressed, the swimming pool was out of service for the whole four days of our stay and don’t even let me start on that, the kitchen was dirty, the establishment ran out of drinking water one evening and no other provision was available until mid‑day the following day, noise spread through the paper‑thin walls and since our bedroom was next to the staff bathroom it was hard to relax, the loud music was blasting through the whole day up until the evening time.
