“Excellent facility”
Every time we head to Cullman we stay here because it’s super clean, the staff help a lot, and it’s right next to restaurants.

They were totally uncooperative about fixing the mistake on my booking, which was unacceptable; I had to rebook with the hotel to get what I needed, and they never responded to my concerns as a customer, so their communication needs improvement.

The location is great, the staff are friendly, breakfast is good, the room feels freshly painted, and I love the tile floors instead of carpet.

It’s close to the interstate, restaurants, and convenience stores, but some of the room’s workmanship needs work.
