The location is outstanding, the property is spacious and beautifully arranged, the breakfast spread was very good, the beach was clean, beautiful, and easily reachable, and the staff were very cooperative, helpful and supportive. However, the authentic Goan theme and welcome were missing.
The staff are incredibly accommodating and fulfill every wish; their attentiveness feels genuine, and we get the impression that the hotel is exceptionally well managed. Mindfulness is very high, and the hotel grounds are very beautiful and excellently maintained.
