The accommodation’s location was a definite plus, being very close to several downtown attractions. The doormen were extremely attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and varied, with daily featured main dishes. However, the floor in the room wasn’t cleaned properly and felt sticky, garbage left on the balcony by previous guests wasn’t removed, and the air conditioner in the room didn’t have a heating function.

We had to leave early, but the hotel wouldn’t open breakfast ahead of time or offer take‑away. The service at Da Lat Hotel felt lacking.
