“Not happy with the service”

They gave breakfast, but they mistakenly checked in another guest under my name, and when I tried to check in they said I didn’t have a room and kept asking if my name was someone else.

“Will not stay here again and do not recommend to anyone who wants a decent bed to sleep or wants a clean stay”

The hotel was dirty, the elevator floor was sticky all the time, the mini‑fridge in the room was filthy, and the bed was as hard as a rock; staff were neither rude nor friendly, so I don’t recommend it.
