The place was filthy from the stairs to the room to the carpet. The mattress looked old and uncomfortable, but we didn’t stay long enough to confirm. We had to book another hotel, requested a refund, and no one from bookings has responded. It’s unbelievable that a 4‑star hotel would be like this. We want a full refund.
