Everything was fine, the balcony was big and the host Kesem was ready to help with any issue. All was good.

The host was nice and answered most questions, though not always immediately. The shower had good water pressure. The place wasn’t clean; furniture had dampness and mold, the wardrobe smelled musty, the sofa was dirty and crumbling at the bottom, leaving a black residue that we had to wipe down daily. Broken floorboards, broken wardrobes, missing utensils when we asked for them. The stairs to the unit were high and not mentioned. She said there was a courtyard for grilling but didn’t mention the extra steps. The shelter was dusty and apparently never cleaned. The unit was too small for five people; luckily my kids were small so we used two mattresses instead of three. The dining chairs fell apart when I moved them to clean. The windows were thin, the wall above had a shelter, and the curtains caused allergies. The shower drain was clogged; she blamed tree roots and sent someone to fix it, but when we returned the unit still had sewage and feces in the shower, and she only managed to clean it with bleach after I insisted. Everything was dusty; I had to clean everything upon arrival, including utensils and wardrobes. The refrigerator was unmaintained, dirty, and the rubber seal was loose. The water taps in the second room boiled to a scalding level, and the shower tap made noises and had cold water issues. The smart TV worked, but the internet kept dropping and she suggested we use a hotspot on our phone because she didn’t know when a technician would come. In short, a disappointment.

The AC worked well, but the photos didn’t match the apartment. The bed was very uncomfortable and the towels were not up to standard.
