How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Breakfast and dinner are excellent, from sweet to savory dishes made on the spot. The flexible timing is good; even if you arrive in the last slot you’ll find everything. The adults‑only division is great. The sea‑front room is spacious with a veranda and sun loungers available. The only flaw is that the beach doesn’t have a hotel‑reserved section; umbrellas and loungers are paid, otherwise the beach is free.

It was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. The food was decent but bland; we stayed in a nearby hotel called Princess during the winter, where the price was lower but the menu was more varied and it was more comfortable, so next time we’ll go there.

What I liked most was definitely the facilities; they invite you to enjoy the complex, the performances and the entertainment, especially Juany the waitress and Marcos the entertainer. Also Normand, though he didn’t fully understand Spanish, showed a lot of interest. It’s appreciated to stay at a hotel where you can speak Spanish and not everything is aimed at foreigners. The gym was a marvel amid the pools. The buffet is also highly recommended. Some other waiter was a bit grumpy and not very friendly. Also the all‑inclusive coffee didn’t include the machine‑made coffee by the staff. The machine coffee wasn’t very good.

I liked the place itself, the layout, the multiple pools and direct beach access. Two things I didn’t like: first, I think snack bars should stay open whenever the restaurant is closed, meaning if dinners start at 18:30, snacks should be available until 18:30 and not until 17:00. Second, I didn’t like that the restaurant staff couldn’t answer whether the cream, yogurts and cheeses were pasteurized; in fact, one employee didn’t even understand Spanish.

The location, the beach, clean and newly renovated rooms, a very comfortable bed, and a fairly varied breakfast and dinner were all great, but paying extra for water even with half‑board was annoying—water should be included when you’re eating.
