The cleaning was good, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was in the room. You can’t use the kitchen, not even for coffee. The room is a bit tight and there are no outlets for charging a phone except behind the desk. A chair was missing. You couldn’t access the terrace because the mosquito net wouldn’t open and the grill was locked. It would be nice to have a kettle with tea and instant coffee in the room. The maximum price should be €30. It’s just a simple room rental.
Davide is a great host, makes you literally feel at home. Very clean and tidy! Good option for overnight in fiumicino

The location is very close to the airport and the owner offers a shuttle for €20. It’s not far from the beach and restaurants, all within walking distance. The room was directly in the owner’s apartment, which wasn’t mentioned on the site. We couldn’t use the kitchen. There was no indication outside to find the location; we even thought we’d been scammed, but it turned out we just needed to communicate with the owner, though it was still unpleasant. We were the only guests, so it was still quiet, but it wasn’t sound‑proof. We could hear the owner’s TV very clearly! In short, for a night before departure it might be okay, nothing more.
The proximity to Rome’s airport was great. Davide was very kind.
