I had a fantastic stay at this well‑maintained, welcoming hotel with a truly amazing sea view. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and ready to help with any request. The restaurant deserves special praise for its excellent cuisine, well‑crafted dishes, and high‑quality ingredients, making for a genuinely enjoyable dining experience. I’ll definitely come back!

The location is superb, and the bay view is awesome. The hotel itself feels worn out and could use a renovation, so giving it a 4‑star rating feels overly generous.

The breakfast was below a 4‑star standard, with a ridiculous toaster, stale fruit, and staff who didn’t listen or seem competent; there’s no pastry chef or baking expert. Service was poor, it’s not a 4‑star place, and the rooms need improvement along with the receptionist, who was unhelpful with information.

The seaside location and view are nice, but the approach to the hotel is very tight and best avoided by car. The good part is a porter who drives your car into a garage, yet the price of 35 € per night is high but unavoidable because there are no parking spaces in Sestri Levante. The beach is noisy; the tiny Miramare beach borders the public beach on both sides. July and August are not recommended—small beaches are packed, locals party until sunrise, and on weekends the bar below the rooms plays music until midnight. The whole hotel has drafts, rooms are quite small for the high price, staff are scarce and not particularly courteous or guest‑friendly, breakfast is inadequate for a four‑star hotel, and the dinner menu is 95 % seafood and fish.
