The room was huge with a sofa set, kitchen, and dining table; the location is very convenient, only a one‑minute walk to Westgate Mall and a Safari.com shop, and it was easy to buy a local sim card with Mpesa so I didn’t have to queue at the airport; we arranged an airport taxi directly through reception, the service was excellent and the driver was plenty early. The bathroom maintenance is African standard, so sometimes small things don’t work well, but when you report it someone comes right away to fix it, so overall it’s fine.

The apartment is large with two bathrooms, ideal next to the mall, but there were no towels, shower supplies, or cooking utensils, the pool is not swim‑able and is very small, with no chairs or a small bed to sit on, and you literally swim next to seats where people eat and drink; it’s totally uncomfortable and not doable. Breakfast is disappointing, not many options and refills could be better.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, but the shower opening is odd and the toiletries were hanging on the shower until they broke; otherwise the shower was lovely and hot.

The apartment is super large, spacious, and comfortable, with very good hot water and excellent Wi‑Fi, but there was no soap or anything to clean up what we used, and there were barely any cutlery.
