The pool was good, yet the management was very poor and not cooperative.

The staff were extremely pleasant, the reception was beautiful and classy, everyone was cheerful, helpful, and respectful. Service was excellent and fast; I thank them for their kind treatment and customer care. A very nice experience and I hope to visit again 🌹

The hotel was under renovation and the front‑desk staff offered breakfast at $12, even though it was listed as 200 LE on all hotel menus.
