The spa was fantastic with three types of saunas, a normal‑temperature pool, a cold pool, a warm pool, and more. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, so I had no need to dine elsewhere. The nearby beach was a little crowded, with many people listening to German Schlager and drinking heavily, which wasn’t my vibe—I prefer quiet.

The location and the staff’s friendliness were good. The mattresses were terrible for backs, ruining the stay because they were bad.

The place sits right by the sea, close to all the city’s attractions, has a pleasant setting, decent breakfast and a friendly wellness area. On the downside, cleaning started very early (sometimes I heard shuffling from 7 am), the dinner was weak – average food, often cold, limited choices, and the dining area was crowded with long waits; parking was impossible during the day and only became available after about 20:00.

Great gym, but the main point of the hotel is the location, it's less than 5 minutes walk from Cala Agulla, one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. Breakfast and dinner had extreme amount of variation and looked great but nothing tasted more than meh, we've ended up ditching the dinners and opting for restaurants instead
