“Não voltaria”

The only thing that worked for us was the location. The room didn't have a minibar, and the breakfast staff was rude, telling us to leave even though we were waiting for our paid single room, which had already started its stay but wasn’t ready. They didn’t even let us sit; we were forced to leave breakfast and wait at reception.

“Best time of my life”

Everything about my experience with the Douglas hotel was exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will most definitely return. Nothing bad to say at all out of the 4 nights I was there
