The selection of options was impressive, giving me plenty to choose from.
“Polecam!”
The location was great, the room was really very clean which is always my top priority, the staff were friendly and smiling, the annex was equipped with everything needed, and there was coffee for guests in the lobby.
The room was very comfortable and clean, larger than I expected; the location was perfect for a theatre trip, and there were lots of amenities right at the doorstep; we didn’t book breakfast, yet it was available; I have nothing negative to add about this visit.

The breakfast was decent, and the hotel’s central spot made it a solid starting point for exploring London, but the rooms felt too small and cramped, almost claustrophobic, and the area was very noisy; on top of that, there was no cleaning service.
“Modern stay with easy access to central attractions”
The location was good and the rooms were lovely, modern, clean, and the beds and showers were comfortable; the staff were absolutely the best, very accommodating and providing great service; however, there weren’t enough places to store luggage, and for an apartment meant for four people we struggled to find spots for our bags.
