The staff here were very friendly. The cabin was clean and the beds were super comfy. We had a blast feeding the giraffes and watching them while having breakfast.

“Absolutly Amazing , loved it!!”

The staff were truly awesome, the facilities felt 5‑star, the food was amazing—especially the goat curry—and the game drive was incredibly cool; the ranger was a fountain of knowledge with amazing stories. I’ll definitely be a regular guest from now on. I just wish I’d stayed longer!

“Een bijzondere ervaring.”

The personnel are super friendly. With Elton I had a fantastic morning game drive. Thomas gave us a great tour of the ostrich enclosure, and feeding the giraffes was fun. We ate wonderfully in the restaurant, with Zenobia serving and the chef’s food being delicious. The receptionist (I forgot her name) was also very kind. We didn’t have time for breakfast because we were in transit, but we received a tasty breakfast for the road. We stayed in April at Chandeliers. The cold in the tent was really discouraging. We had the bridal suite. The electric blanket warmed only half the bed. It was far too cold for an outdoor shower. The bath didn’t heat up, so there was no warm bath to relax in. The heating didn’t work well. It was just really cold.

“Fantastisch!!!”

We had a fantastic time with our family. Our boys loved feeding the two giraffes, Lucky and Sheela. The service and staff were flawless. We found it a peaceful place with super nice people always ready to help. The included game drive exceeded our expectations, largely thanks to Elton’s enthusiasm. He had so much knowledge and was very friendly. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone!
