The staff were friendly and the rooms were roomy, but towels only arrived after I asked and the first set had stains that were swapped out after I complained. In the morning the bathroom had no water, so I had to call for help. There was only one dining table for everyone, no tissues in the room, and the toiletries felt cheap.

Marco Polo and his brother were amazing hosts; they took care of us throughout our stay. It’s a small boutique hotel with very personable and generous people. We ate breakfast on our own table. No big five‑star hotel can match this level of personalized service. The staff were humble and kind, and the experience was unforgettable. Thank you.
