“Heizung bei -8 Grad defekt, Wasserleitung eingefroren”
The heating was broken at minus 8 °C, the water had frozen so there was no running water, and there was no bathroom in the tiny house as described; the toilet was a 5‑minute walk over an unlit meadow, the bed hung from a suspended ceiling only reachable by ladder, and it was so close to the roof that turning in bed could hit your head. The landlord brought a heater and a 5‑liter water canister as a replacement, which was odd because we hadn't even noticed the lack of water until we asked; after that, they provided additional blankets. We somehow managed that one night, but when we requested a price reduction, we received only vague excuses.
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, which was nestled in a picturesque location that offered breathtaking views. The tranquil atmosphere was a perfect respite from the hustle and bustle of city life, and I felt completely at peace during my time here. However, I did encounter a few minor issues with the room's amenities, which slightly marred my overall experience. Despite this, the hotel's serene surroundings and comfortable accommodations made up for any shortcomings.
