“Nice place to stay in Rameshwaram.”
The breakfast spread was the usual south Indian fare—nothing special or wow‑worthy. The place could have been cleaner and better organized. Friendly staff and a good south Indian spread.

I was disappointed by the food, which seemed tailored for North Indians, and after using the spa my credit card got compromised.

The location was fine, but the service was bad, there was no AC, the passage smelled, the staff from the entrance to the room were poor, the food was bad, and it wasn’t worth the money.

The hotel’s breakfast and dinner were really good.

We had a very pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean, hygienic and well maintained, with good facilities and comfortable rooms. A special compliment goes to the restaurant staff, who were extremely friendly, helpful and flexible. They were always willing to accommodate our requests and really made us feel welcome. The reception staff could definitely improve their level of hospitality and customer service. We found them rather unfriendly, not very helpful and not particularly willing to think along with guests. They seemed very focused on strictly following rules and procedures, with little room for flexibility or finding solutions. The reception team could certainly learn from the friendly, flexible and service-oriented approach of the restaurant staff
