The location is fantastic! Walking from Roma Termini with a wheeled suitcase took about 10‑15 minutes, then another 15 minutes to the Colosseum. The hosts communicated clearly and getting into the suite was a breeze.

The location is great, staff speak Portuguese, the team is friendly, and the room was clean. It would have been better if there were more pillows. Also, the kitchen could have had more utensils available (they’re occasional, we needed them but not everyone might). It would have helped to have a bathroom outside the room for when checking out and waiting.
