The location was great, right by the cruise port, rooms were clean, and the staff gave tons of information at check‑in. The website said there were airport transfers via shuttle, but when I called they said that service was no longer offered. I tried to book the shuttle to the port, but because of our flight delay the only available slot was after our cruise check‑in time, and you can only book the shuttle once you check in.

The building feels very old and the check‑in counter is tiny, but the room itself was updated; the bathroom paint was very poor and the area around the hotel was congested.
