Sun Beach Motel

“a million dollar view without spending a lot.”

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and we had plenty of space with comfortable beds. The motel backs onto the water, offering a spectacular view, and the patio has chairs and tables for a glass of wine or just soaking up the sun. Although the premises were very clean, the building feels a bit old and tired—nothing run‑down, just needing a facelift. We had some trouble with the TV, probably because we’re not used to all the streaming services.

“Loved this place”

The lake view from our room was beautiful, and the back area was nicely set up with tables, chairs, loungers, umbrellas, and a private beach. The room was clean enough, the bed comfortable, and our room was tight, but the two bedrooms were small apartments with a full kitchen and living room. The location was great for us, away from the main drag yet within easy walking distance.

“Will keep this as a place to stay in Osoyoos. Would definitely stay there again.”

The location was wonderful and the staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The accommodation was comfortable, though a little old and worn—basic but very adequate.

“Great view. Great room. Will come back. Next year”

The room was clean and set up well for our stay, with some lights already turned on, which was very welcoming after a long day. The outside of the property looked a bit run‑down, so the first impression wasn’t great, but the lovely room made up for it. If I had been driving by, I might have missed it and not stopped, but I’m very glad we found you online.

The location and patio are well designed, and the room condition is very good—very clean and well appointed. The staff were very personable and helpful. The frontage and wood are old and could use some repair and paint.
