The location and breakfast were fine, and the bedding was satisfactory. The room had garish colors, was spacious but cluttered with knick‑knacks, napkins, and rugs that were more or less dusty; we didn’t know where to put our belongings. The electrical outlets were a little wobbly.

The location is good. The breakfast is not so bad compared to the rest. Nothing. This is a disaster. At arrival, six cats ran away, and the catsurges on the outdoor furniture. The owner speaks only Italian; at arrival there is a (small?) child who can speak some English. The bed creaks with every movement, the wardrobes are unusable. The shower is too small and too old to shower. The owner’s keffer keeps everything together. We had other barking dogs and a car alarm at night. Our dog didn’t bark but was freaked out by the barking and the many cats. There was nothing quiet outside without cat urine, and inside there was nothing.

The lady who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, and breakfast was plentiful with both sweet and savory items. The spot is strategically positioned for exploring the area. The agriturismo is fully surrounded by the beautiful Langhe vineyards, with ample parking. We had trouble finding the agriturismo, which might need clearer directions.

The proprietor’s courtesy was appreciated. The location is magnificent, overlooking the vineyards. The room had a lovely terrace with a lounge chair, perfect for a relaxing weekend.
