The front desk staff tried to be friendly and courteous, making check‑in quick. The location and price were very good, and the air conditioner worked well, helping to reduce the tobacco smoke smell. The room was okay, but there was a lingering odor of tobacco smoke and a dark substance on top of the toilet that I wiped clean myself. The TV lacked some features – it couldn’t connect to the internet and there was no TV guide.

We found the accommodations for our rooms to be terrible. There was no pool or hot tub, no elevator, and overall it was a bad experience.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was good. However, the fitted sheet had a torn corner, the towels weren’t folded neatly, and the buffet was just okay; the sausage and potatoes were not very good.

The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had a very strong Lysol smell.
