The breakfast was good, but for the price I had to endure spider webs throughout the stay, the shower was in poor condition, and we were denied a one‑day shift of our check‑in date or a three‑night extension; because the staff were absolutely terrible, we left for another place, knowing the policy decisions were probably made by someone else.

The location and breakfast were fine, but the room was not cleaned twice despite complaints, only the bed was made and towels changed; there was also excessive disturbance from English guests at night, and for the price I’m not satisfied.

The food hall was great with a nice selection, the room was cleaned most days and we had fresh towels, and the air‑con worked well, but the bedding was not great, just a thin sheet on the bed.

The location is good and the staff are friendly, but the stay was a major letdown. Water leaked into the room, forming large puddles around the bathroom and toilet. The safe was broken, and when we complained at reception they promised to fix it—only to wipe it up and leave the problem unresolved. The next time we returned, the leaks reappeared. The shower had already torn away from the wall. Despite repeated complaints, nothing changed and no alternatives were offered, so we tried to negotiate a discount. Suddenly the hotel offered us a room change or an “all inclusive” upgrade, which at that point was neither reasonable nor helpful, since we had already planned to leave the next morning. In hindsight, those options were used to justify refusing any financial compensation. Even more concerning was the handling of our personal data: the hotel group fell victim to a cyber‑attack, and our passport details, private addresses, etc. may have been stolen by fraudsters. We now seriously worry that our information could end up in the wrong hands and be misused, possibly for fraud or identity theft.
