Nothing! Worst experience. Very disappointing experience. The staff Yami Singh was extremely rude, especially at checkout. I was charged for a water bottle that was supposed to be complimentary, and despite being in a hurry for my train, the staff kept arguing instead of resolving the issue professionally. It was never about the small amount—it was about the poor customer service and attitude. The room conditions were also unacceptable. The washroom was poorly maintained, there were insects in the room, and signs of poor housekeeping. I even changed my room on the second day, but the replacement was no better. Overall, a very unpleasant stay and not a hotel I would recommend

We spent 3 nights at Dileep Hotel and it was great. The staff was nice and helpful, the bedroom was big and tidy, the bathroom was clean. We had towels and toilet paper on request. There was a desk and a sofa in the bedroom, as well as fan and AC, that was really convenient. We had no windows, but at least we were far from the noise coming from the street and it was very quiet. We could chill and rest in the bedroom after some months of traveling non stop, that was very convenient. Plus, the reception is reachable 24/7 and they also provide food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, given in the room. The wifi works super well, which is rare in hotels in India. The location is perfect, with the metro station just 1min walking distance! Also, it was possible to let our luggage in the lobby when we arrived and when we left. We strongly recommend this place to stay!

I was really pleased with the cleanliness of my room and the hotel's location was perfect for my needs. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the lack of a lift was a bit of a pain, especially with all my luggage. The free Wi-Fi was also a letdown, as it kept dropping out and I had to keep reconnecting. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a bit frustrating at times.
