“Bajaron calidad y subieron precios.”
The room was spacious, but the prices jumped a lot, they removed brunch/happy hour and didn’t serve the elevators, and they didn’t tell us about it when we booked and paid, only when we came back later to check‑in. We stayed on the 4th floor (suite with 2 beds, sofa bed and kitchenette). The only “compensation” they offered was a room on the 1st floor with 2 beds, no sofa bed, no kitchenette. We told them we didn’t fit (we were 5). No other options were given, so we had to move up and down 4 floors with luggage and purchases. No compensation was offered. The other room for my family members, who are disabled and cannot use stairs, was also on the 1st floor, without a sofa bed or kitchenette. They only gave them 11 USD as compensation, while the price difference between what they paid and the cost of the room they received was about 40–45 USD.
