The location in Gulf State Park is awesome! I just didn’t get an ocean‑view room.

“Great location with parking you have to pay for.”

We loved the location – it’s right on the beach and close to a lot of things. The downside is that you have to pay for parking, and the parking isn’t close. I would hate it in the rain; it felt like I was paying the lodge to get my steps in for the day. I don’t mind walking, but parking should be included in the price you pay to stay.
