The room was great and the views of the harbor and bridge were amazing. The pool bathrooms need more maintenance and cleaning, and there was no enforcement of the pool rules.

The view from my room was outstanding, and the space was clean and roomy. I paid a good off‑season rate. The location is great—you can walk to all the main shops and most restaurants. Parking is terrible: only one spot per room, the lot is in disrepair with a few big potholes. The front‑desk staff during the day were friendly, but the night team was rude, and the shower water pressure was very low.
