“Would definitely stay here again”
The location and breakfast were great, though the guy in charge of the breakfast was kind of rude but the food itself was really good.

The breakfast exceeded my expectations; it's not a buffet, so the flavor is better.

The Courtyard by Marriott Tucson Williams Centre was a good location for us; since it was our second stay it felt familiar. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bed was great, the air‑con was not too noisy, and the Wi‑Fi worked well. Midday check‑out fit our schedule perfectly. We stayed in an accessibility room, which was good, but the shower was not great and the water pressure was pretty pathetic.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the “oasis” and courtyard were very pretty with a little brook running through them; check‑in and check‑out were easy and I liked that parking was free. However, our door did not close fully, and even after adding the extra safety lock it was nerve‑wracking. The sliding door to our balcony had the same issue. I didn’t like having to pay for breakfast, the water from the shower smelled so strongly we avoided showering there, reduced bistro hours made ordering difficult, and the shop’s selection was pretty limited.

The receptionist service was mediocre, but the security staff were very good.
